After checking out Taipei 101 and getting our sugar fix at Krispy Kreme Donuts, we decided to check out the Winter Wonderland display at Bellavita.
It was our first time in Bellavita and I have to admit that the place was pretty impressive. The glass roof is very cool and added a little something to the display area.
I love the amount of effort they put into creating such an awesome display. It may have been about 23 degrees outside, the snow may have been fake [it was actually sand, I think], but it was pretty all the same. And it may not be Canada, but the little bit of winter had to suffice. Plus, for an added bonus – we got to leave the snow behind and we didn’t need to shovel it.
The only downside to the place was the amount of people there. It is crazy to see so many people enjoying the area on a weekday. I can only imagine how crowded it would be on the weekends!
So, here are some of the photos I took. And a special thanks to my husband for taking care of our son while I took them and to our baby boy for being so cooperative!
Here are some pictures taken outside around Xinyi District that I thought I would include as well. They are not related to the winter wonderland display at Bellavita, but I personally like them them.
Once again, thanks for dropping by. Wishing you the happiest holiday season ever!!
And for more, check out the video I made of our time in Taipei.
